At FANGO, we want you to love your order. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all topical skincare and sunscreen products are considered final sale once opened or used.
Returns
We accept returns only for:
- Unopened and unused products
- Items returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products in original packaging and condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy
Refunds are available for:
- Orders that arrive damaged
- Incorrect items received
- Approved unopened returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Opened or used topical products
- Products purchased on clearance or sale

Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for:
- Damaged items
- Defective packaging
- Incorrect products received
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
If approved, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
