Processing Time

All FANGO products are handcrafted in small batches in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods (holidays, launches, summer season), processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations via USPS First-Class Package International and USPS Priority Mail International. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply in their country. FANGO is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the USPS website.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at info@fangospf.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to resolve it.
