HOW CAN I CONTACT FANGO?

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All of our products are made and shipped from Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. 🇵🇷
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Because our products are handmade in small batches, orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. During high-demand seasons such as summer, holidays, or product launches, processing may take up to 7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
USA & Puerto Rico — USPS Ground Advantage: 5–8 business days
USA — USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
International: Varies by destination and is calculated at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes. Orders of $35 or more within the USA and Puerto Rico qualify for free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. info@fangospf.com as soon as possible. We do our best to make changes before an order enters the production process, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
If your order has already shipped, our return policy will apply.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us at info@fangospf.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the product, and we will help resolve the issue.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS REEF-SAFE?
Yes. All of our sunscreens use 100% non-nano zinc oxide as the only active sunscreen ingredient. Non-nano zinc oxide does not dissolve into the water or penetrate the skin, making it a more conscious option for reefs and your skin compared to common chemical UV filters.
DO THEY LEAVE A WHITE CAST?
Because mineral sunscreens use zinc oxide, some white cast may appear during application — this is part of how mineral sunscreen works.
The key is to apply in small layers and blend well into the skin. Our Tinted Blend is specifically formulated to help reduce white cast and provide a more natural-looking finish, especially on medium to deeper skin tones.
ARE THEY SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?
Our products are formulated with natural ingredients and without harsh chemical sunscreen filters, making them generally well tolerated by sensitive skin.
If you have a specific allergy, please review the ingredient list on each product. When in doubt, we recommend doing a patch test on a small area of skin first.
